Warranty Valid in the USA and Canada Only
pinook usa,llc guarantees its product free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 Year from the date of purchase, except as note below.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product or any other conditions that are beyond the control of pinook usa,llc. The warranty is only effective it the product is used in the USA and Canada.
Please fill out our Product registration by US Mail within 30 days of purchase, include product serial number to registration form.
pinook usa,llc, Inc requires that our customers present a receipt stating that the pinook Massager was purchased at a price of USD $ 50.00 or above (not including Shipping) in order to obtain our 2 year warranty service. pinookusa, llc. will not provide the 2-year warranty service without the above mentioned. Please enclose your receipt with the vendor name and final purchase price to our warranty department.
Service Department
pinook usa, llc. reserves the right to discard any defective pinook massager unit after 60 days from the date we receive the defective unit from the buyer if the buyer does not provide the documents requested by the service department.
pinook usa,llc will only honor the 2-year warranty if the buyer can provide the following documents:
1. A copy of the receipt with the valid retailers name and date of purchase, the receipt also has to state a final purchase prices of USD $ 50.00 or higher not including shipping cost.
2. Unit needs to be returned in original packing, warranty will not be honored if pinook massager, wire cord, massage pads are not from an pinook massager.
3. Include a check or money order in the amount of $ 19.95 per unit payable to pinook usa, Ilc. to cover the return shipping cost.
